Re: JVC service or questions

I have JVC GR-DX95U. Recently when I loaded the cassette it would not work - blank screen and no action. Cassette got stack inside and eject would not work - only chimes would sound. Surprisingly, in a few days casette ejected when I tried again. Now the camcorder would not load a cassette - it tries, makes a buzzing sound and nothing else happens, but a message appears on the screen: "E04 UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE EJECT AND REINSERT TAPE" and there is no way I can close the cassette compartment.
