Re: JVC service or questions

Sorry for may language...i don't spek very well. I'm from Romania.With few months ago i buy it a camera JVC model GR-D23E. So the problem is...when i want to capture from fire wire in PC in maximum 7 minutes the pictures of movie has freeze on the screen , but the PC is ok,no generate error message or something else.After that the camera work normal but the picture is still freeze on the monitor.That happend in any program for capture , Example...Dr.DivX , Pinnacle ,Movie Maker. May PC have : Procesor 3,2 GHZ LGA775,Hard Disk Sata 200G Seagate ,MB Intel D 915 PBLL ,Windows XP Professional,the bios is update from intel . I was In Intel service For PC and they told me ( Is a problem with the cipsets between the camera and the PC ) . In may opinion , the camera is no compatible with the Intel cipset 915P. I wait your sugestions.Thank You !
