Re: JVC service or questions

i have a jvc digital camcorder model#GR-D22U.the cams power works,but if i try to record or take snapshot i can't review it.it's not recording.it sounds like it working and in record mode the tape seems like it recordin,but when i rewind it and push play i just get a blue screen.what do you think is the problem?please respond thanks
