Re: JVC service or questions

hi
i have a jvc gr-d73ag
used very little and worked fine until I realised no matter what i do, I cannot capture from it using any software (such as adobe premiere)
I have un installed and reinstalled drivers and the found new hardware keeps coming up then the wizard.
The camera is not detected from my computer.
this didnt happen before and is very frustrating
please help
