Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC I Art, AV-48wp74
The screen is distorted bows inward and has fuzzy grey and black lines through it. The picture is recognizable but unwatchable. There is no problem witht he sound. Unable to watch dvd or vhs on it, it does not respond. The TV is not responding to the remote to access menu or switch inputs.
Is this a lense or lamp issue?? Can you help with direction I need to go to purchase replacement parts?
