Re: Error Codes Assistance

Hi
i have a problem with my Cannon camera. When i connect it to the computer, i just get a small box that opens that informs me no camera found. On going to system, hardware it comes up with error code 38. (device still in memory)I have tried the trouble shooter, uninstalling then reinstalling still no joy. i have tried to uninstall the software via windows xp uninstall and it cannoy do so to most of the cannon entries. Could you help me Please
