Re: JVC service or questions

Hello my name is Deanna Bramhall. My husband and i recently purchased a JVC camcorder in October of 05. And now in the first of February when i turn it on the screen shows LENS CAP ON, but the lens cap is off? Whats the problem? If you could send a number or a link that would be great.

    Hello I'm having the same issue with a JVC GR-DF45OU The lens cap is off and it says remove lens cap anyways what do I do? please get back to me soon need it to work super bad
