Re: JVC service or questions

I have a jvc gr-d33u and I went to use it the other day, and when i turned it on it says lens cap(like the lens cap is on but it is not), it will not show a picture on the screen or i can't see anything looking through it either. Everything else seems to be working fine. Heeeeeeeeeellllllllllppppppp! Thanks!
