Assistance with JVC product

    Hi Stacy, My JVC model number is gr-sxm250. I have a problem with my camcorder that I have seen on several posts. It flashes that a lens cap is on, but it is not and won't let me record a picture. I have seen several responses that the manufacturer will pay to repair this.     Hi, I have GR-D22U Digival Video Camera MiniDV. I have lost my Driver software CD,Please let me know where i can get the software and driver to download the video into my PC. Thanks Pradeep

    KD-SH55 headunit is displaying ERR 06 and cycling faceplate between open and closed. Motion button on the headunit does not work... seems to initiate the problem. Please help... Dean

    I have a JVC Camcorder MDL# GR-AXM17U - reciving an error code EO3: Unit is in Safeguard mode, unable to clear erorr. Removed battery, powered down unit, waited but still receives error and camera does not function properly.

    Hello I have a JVC-GR90U which has always worked well. This morning INow when I try to record the "Lens cap" signal comes on eventhough the cap is off and it is not recording anything. It's just staticy on the screen but it does pick up audio. Please help.

    I am at a loss of words to explain what has happened to your company. On 1/24/07 I purchased a MX-KC45 compact disk unit from Circut City here in Sacramento, Caif. The Disk Changer began to malfunction almost immediately and on 3/3/07 I took the machine to your Factory Authorized Dealer here in Sacramento who decided they could not fix the machine. They sent the unit to Cyprus, Ca. where it has been since 4/13/9. The serial no. of the product is 141V2942. Video Tech tracking no. is 123089X00355457719. I paid $ 172.00 for an apparently defective machine. I have since purchasrd another product from Circuit City and am pleased with it. I am not pleased with JVC in Cyprus for not following through with customer complaints. They have repeatedly made promises to fix their machine and on successive dates have failed to give me progress reports. I am working with Video Tech here in Sacramento to solve this problem. Their representative is Michelle at (916) 481-2936. I don't want the machine. I just want my $172.00 back from Circuit City (916) 920-4416.

    Dear Stacy I have JVC GRD50AG cam I cannot se the image both in the LCD and the viewfinder . However I can see the iamges using recorder tapes previously taken thru the LCD . Plse assist , thank you . Josh

    I have a JVC RM-C1251G, I have found that it has become blurry, text is not as crisp as it was. Can I put the tv into a service mode where I can adjust the colours using the grid?? Will this help with the blurry text. (its not my eyes either...) I have tried the clock set/mute/up/down trick but it did not work.If you have any advice that would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance, Tim

    Thanks for your kindness....... I have a JVC (Model No. HR-XVC26U) DVD/VCR Combo Player which I bought a year back and it was working fine all these days. All of a sudden, VCR stopped working but DVD works. It detects only the DVD but not the VCR Casette inside. Also, only DVD LED turns on but not the VCR LED in the front when we press it to change the DVD/VCR mode. Also, I see a Red Color Triangle with a red dot under it with Timer blinking always on the other end of the front display of the DVD/VCR Player. Any reason why it is behaving so...?
