Re: JVC service or questions

Have a new(3 MONTHS OLD JVC LCD rear projection HD 52G 786 that seems to have a problem with the lamp program. From time to time (weekly at least) it will not come on and after multiple attempts at turning off and or unplugging, it may work. Whenit fails, the lamp will not light, but the fan runs. Unable to turn anything off until I unplug it. Any suggestions?
