JVC service or questions

Assistance with JVC product

If anyone has a question regarding a problem with thier JVC product (error codes, safeguard mode etc) write me for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide your model # if available and note this site so I can assist you better.

  I have an AV48WP30 48"inch Tv and Im having a problem fixing my convergence the red lines are fine but i cant figure out how to move the blue, and when i go to the convergence screen everything is aligned but the top left corner and the top middle both are yellow crosses with blue crosses under them

    I have the same problem than Julian, but in my case it's the red color, not the blue, and I buy the TV 6 monts ago, All the jvc tv's have the same problem with the convergence?

  CD laser don't read cd's. How to fix it because here in Serbia i don't have where to buy another laser to change it.

    You need to get a firewire cord. Part number 1394. You can get it at Wal-Mart.

    Ok so I took your advise and got the correct cable but my computer doesnt reconize the recorder are there any driver specific that I need or vodeo software I should be using - JVC GR-D244U - Thnx R

  How can I get schematics/service manual for JVC subwoofer Model # SP-PWM505. This is part of TH-M505 home theater system, but I do not know if it has a separate manual.
  
  I am also trying to find out if the 9 pin DIN is a digital data link or analog
  input to the amplifier..

  I have a JVC camcorder model GR-D90U. I keep getting the message "condensation operation paused" message. I have let it air out, changed the battery, warm to room temperature (80). What else can I do?

  Have a new(3 MONTHS OLD JVC LCD rear projection HD 52G 786 that seems to have a problem with the lamp program. From time to time (weekly at least) it will not come on and after multiple attempts at turning off and or unplugging, it may work. Whenit fails, the lamp will not light, but the fan runs. Unable to turn anything off until I unplug it. Any suggestions?

    I HAVE THE SAME MODLE, AND THE SAME ERROR NUMBERS, THE COVER PLATE WILL NOT MOVE UP AND DOWN, NO MORE CD AXES. HOPEFULY SOMEONE GETS BACK TO YOU, I'M ABOUT READY TO RIP MAIN APART.

    I have had this problem with my camera for over a year. As you can see, I don't use the cam that often. I have it kept in the insulated bag I bought with it. And I keep it in my closet which is very dry. I tried contacting JVC three times through their website, but they never reply. When I call tech support, they give me no answers. All they'll do is give me a service center phone number. Why should I have to pay to have this fixed when it is obviously a mechanical malfunction. I wonder if they know all about it, and that's why they never respond to anyone! I can't believe they offer such poor customer loyalty. They should stand behind a product that has gone wrong. Especially when it seems to be something wrong with a lot of their cameras! Had they gotten back to me after my first attempt at contacting them, my camera would still have been under warranty, and they would have had to fix it. If they know about the problem maybe they didn't respond because they didn't want to send me out a newer model to replace the piece of Junk I paid so much for. Thank you for letting me vent, and if you have any ideas out there, as to how I can fix this problem I would greatly appriciate it.
