  Do you really think anyone can help you? There are 261 pages of complaints on JVC camcorders, one of which is mine. Buy Sony. JVC blows at everything they build, especially customer relationships!

    hey, ive got a jvc camcorder too, its a GR-DX97, it was only used 3 times in the past year and it has broken, it got fixed and broke again. JVC are shit they are selling products just to make money but they realluy are a con cos they brake! Even though Im a girl Im doing this for my dad and im not soft i am going to do all that i can to have JVC to close down!
