Re: JVC service or questions

We have a jvc gr-dx25ek digital video camcorder. If we try to record something the lcd screen just shows LENS CAP, even though the lens cap is not on and and it is being used on a bright and clear day. Can you please help us rectify the problem yours Hopefully. MrB Parry

  hi i contacted jvc and its a known problem and will fix for free (although only until october) if you can provide proof of puchase. i carnt find any proof so have got to get back in touch with them
