Assistance with JVC product

  I have a jvc cam corder #gr-dvl720u when i put in a tape and close it does not pull tape in and screen says Eo4 unit in safeguard mode eject and reinsert tape please help

  i have a JVC GR-D30 U camcorder, i has stopped recording. i have tried everything in the book and nothing works.

    I sort of have that same problem but mine now shows no signs of power and i just want to get the tape out because i went ahead and bought a new camcorder...

  We have a jvc gr-dx25ek digital video camcorder. If we try to record something the lcd screen just shows LENS CAP, even though the lens cap is not on and and it is being used on a bright and clear day. Can you please help us rectify the problem yours Hopefully. MrB Parry

    hi i contacted jvc and its a known problem and will fix for free (although only until october) if you can provide proof of puchase. i carnt find any proof so have got to get back in touch with them

  Imagaing Captive Chip CCD Bad.... was told unrepairable.

  Hi, we have a JVC GR-D93U. When we power on, we get the message "Unit in SafeGuard Mode Remove and Reattach Battery" When we do remove and reattach the battery, we continue to get the same error. Please advise.

  I am getting thge Eo1 unit in safeguard mode remove and reattach battery. Very valuable footage on tape, Can't get camera (model #GR-D3OU) to do anything, and it is only 3 years old. Please help!!!!!!!!

  I HAVE A TV 27 INCH JVC 1995/1998 WITH PIP I DONT HAVE ANY PICTURES BUT I HAVE SOUND ANY IDEA WERE I SHOULD CHECK ,P.S ALL CABLE ARE OK I TESTED WITH A OTHER TV I THINK THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM FIRST TIME WAS UNDER WARRANTY

    The tv was not unplugged for 3 week and when i plugged it work fine for 2 hours and turn black again same thing as before ( the date of fabrication is 1992) still any idea

  Hi, I have a new jvc 800x mini dv camera serial number 120P0840 model number GR-D250U I have only used it a couple of times and the other day went to use it and the lcd screen will only work if turned completely backwards. THe viewfinder works fine. The screen remains black and the record buttons won't operate....until I turn the screen toward the top and completly flip it facing the wrong way!!! What the heck it going on. The camera wasn't cheap and I am very upset by this. Thanks/ Mary HUnt

  I have a JVC kdsx-980 for my car, and I lost the part that hold the battery for the remote controle. Is there anything I could do or I'm gonna have to buy a new remote control (witch is expensive since I have one)?
