Re: JVC service or questions

Hi, I have a new jvc 800x mini dv camera serial number 120P0840 model number GR-D250U I have only used it a couple of times and the other day went to use it and the lcd screen will only work if turned completely backwards. THe viewfinder works fine. The screen remains black and the record buttons won't operate....until I turn the screen toward the top and completly flip it facing the wrong way!!! What the heck it going on. The camera wasn't cheap and I am very upset by this. Thanks/ Mary HUnt
