Re: JVC service or questions

I own a JVC AV-27950 i was watching it then the picture rolled with horazontal lines for about a second then tv went dead. when i checked the fuse it looked fine. but turning it on led lites, clicks, dead. nothing. do you think changing the C926 will fix this? it looks fine no bulge on top of the capacitor. but reading prior threads leads me to believe its worth a try. i can not afford a new tv or getting it fixed by a tech. but i did build my own PC so do you think it's worth a shot? ( Changing the fuse and C926). hurry please , watching an old 19in. Thanx!!
