Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JCV television. Model# AV-56WP74. The red color is to the left of everything. All figures and letters look like double vision. The converge will not merge the red with the other colors and the manual does not work either. I have only had it about 1 1/2 yrs.Thanks for any help.

  I also have a 56" WP74 TV. It seems to have the same problem!
  Please, I'd like to know if you were able to fix yours and if you found out what exactly the was problem.

  I also have an av-56wp74 with the same problem, and I can adjust the red up and down, but not left and right. Please let me know if you find out the problem. Thanks, Cody
