Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC Camcorder and the place to put the tape won't close properly and also the camcorder keeps telling me it is in safe mode, I have read the book and can't find anything out on the safe mode product, it tells me to remove the battery and put it in again, which I have done and it is still in safe mode and the tape won't close properly please help.
