have you been able to get this fixed? What was the resolution? I have the same problem.

  Hi Tony,
  No resolution yet. We are NOT included in the lawsuit, I can clear that up for you. I still think it's a good idea to register at the lawyers' site anyway to set precedence if/when they DO have a lawsuit specifically for us. Main thing I'm trying to find out now is if anyone has had the CCD repaired at a dedicated service center and if the repair held up in the long run or if the darned thing just breaks again. Anyone know?
