Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC iart AV-32F704 model 32 inch flat screen television. It is only a couple years old. One day, it simply had no sound or picture. The power light comes on but I cannot get anything on the screen, including the on-sreen menu or volume bar. Is this just a matter of a blown fuse of some kind? If so, where is the fuse to fix it? Thanks.

  I have the same problems with my JVC AV 32F704, any suggestions. No warning or anything just turned it on one day and the screen is totally black. Any ideas on what the problem is or how much the repairs are?

  check capacitor c973 in the power supply section. its an electrolitic cap that seems to pop
