Re: JVC service or questions

Hi I have a JVC GR-DX25EK when I go to film the lens cap covered sign stays on for about 10 secs then that dissapears and the macro sign (man and the mountain, I think its the macro sign) starts flashing at the bottom of the screen. The rest of the lcd screen is just black. It will record sound but obviously there is no picture.

Can you offer me any help please

  I ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY GR DX25EK. PLEASE CAN YOU ALSO ADVISE ME OF THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION TO GET THIS PROBLEM RECTIFIED
