have had no problem till now, tried to take pics this morning and got the following error mesag SHUTTER CLOSED ?

WHEN WE TRIED TO REVIEW WE HAVE SOUND BUT NO PICTURE ?
CAN YOU HELP

unfortunatly we are on our way to Vegas with the camera today Thur 5/11
