Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC GR-D30U video camera. When I turn it on it tells me to remove the lens cap. When I remove the cap I still have no picture and it still tells me to remove the lens cap. What would you suggest?

  Go to JVC.com > service and support > and then click on customer notification on the left side of the page. There you will find information as to get the "Lens Cap" problem repaired under warranty.
