I have a JVC DR-DX77U and wanted to download a tape to my laptop computer to make a DVD. It does not recognize the USB device. Where can I download drivers?

  USB is for photo transfer. You need to utilize your DV connection / firewire IEEE port for video transfer. IF your pc does not already have a video program installed, you can get Pinnacle Studio 8 or 9 for video transfer and editing to your PC.
