Re[2]: JVC service or questions DRMV1 "Loading" Message

Richard,

Contact JVC at (800) 252-5722. They have been doing upgrades to this model line for awhile now for the "Loading" message. Have your purchase information ready when you contact them and ask them where you can send it for repair/upgrade The dealers do not do the upgrades, just the factory service centers.

Thanks for the encouraging information! I have e-mailed JVC at their customer support web site. I look to hear from them this coming week.

If JVC does not answer you within a few business days...call them. They are not real good at replying quickly on line..at least they had not been in the past...maybe that has changed more recently. Again utilize (800) 252-5722 for customer care if you need to. I actually encourage you to do that anyway just so you can get the ball rolling. Once the unit is upgraded, it works awesome. Take care!

Thanks! I did receive an e-mail reply from JVC today. JVC did not have much to say other than they are sorry about the problem and to contact the nearest JVC factory service center for repair. Sounds like it is time for a phone call to JVC. I appreciate you e-mailing their phone number. Rich
