Helpful w JVC - 22nd May 2006 5:32 If JVC does not answer you within a few business days...call them. They are not real good at replying quickly on line..at least they had not been in the past...maybe that has changed more recently. Again utilize (800) 252-5722 for customer care if you need to. I actually encourage you to do that anyway just so you can get the ball rolling. Once the unit is upgraded, it works awesome.

JVC did not have much to say other than they are sorry about the problem and to contact the nearest JVC factory service center for repair. Sounds like it is time for a phone call to JVC. I appreciate you e-mailing their phone number.
