Sony MOdel DCR-HC20 - if you turn on, then message saying PLEASE REATTACH THE POWER SOURCE Code C:32:11 - when turn on, the switch lights up and the screen is blurry and it says re-insert the cassette and this code-C:31:11 keeps on blinking on the screen. Also the slot for the cassette is open and cannot close. - Remove battery, plug into the wall the on-light, lights up but there is the same problem. Any suggestions will be appreciated thanks Ken
