Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

Please refer to this site if you contact me. Thank you.

Yeah, I have an error code of E20 whenever i try to play a cd. I found your assistance site and wondered if you knew of any solution to this problem of no music being played from the cd player?

    Hi Stacy:

I am experiencing the same problem listed earlier on the web site. The lens will not open when I turn on the camera and it displays Lens Error 14 followed by Lens Error 22 when it shuts down. How do I resolve the problem?

    Maggie

I came across this post on a google search. I have a Sony DCR-TRV120 and have a C:32:11 error code that ocmes up. I can also no longe load a tape as the door will not latch and the system will not accept a tape. There was a tape in it, which I was able to get out (and had the same error code). Now the unit is not usable as you cannot load a tape in it (or close it without a tape).

thanks for any help or assistance you can provide.

    Ken.

I have a Sony Cybershot DSC F 828 Camera, which has two options: memory stick and Compact Flash Card. The Compact Flash Card option has benn working perfectly since I purchased the camera three years ago until a couple of weeks ago, that suddenly it stop working with the following messahe appearing on the LCD screen:

    CF Card type error C:13.01

Also, the card symbol appears indicating a full card. I have tried to reformat the card with no results. I have also reset the camera, also fruitlessly. The people at Sony have not been forthcoming with information, except recommending that I utilize the memory stick option.

I would be very thankful if you could provide me with ant suggestions which could be useful.

    Sincerely,

    Leo Martí

    Sony MOdel DCR-HC20
    - if you turn on, then message saying PLEASE REATTACH THE POWER SOURCE Code C:32:11
    - when turn on, the switch lights up and the screen is blurry and it says re-insert the cassette and this code-C:31:11 keeps on blinking on the screen. Also the slot for the cassette is open and cannot close.
    - Remove battery, plug into the wall the on-light, lights up but there is the same problem.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated

    thanks
    Ken
