Re: JVC service or questions

I found this web site as i tried to troubleshoot my problem..(PECHORINS )My father received a JVC gr-dvl 120u for a retirement present from his company a couple of years ago.This year I borrowed it to shoot a sporting event of my sons since his zoom is quite higher than mine.He told me it always went into safe mode and he would have to eject it and start over. He had shot about an hour of footage on the tape.He said he refused to use it because it was so frustrating.....Well I borrowed it anyway and he asked me if I could figure it out......to no avail....it constantly goes into safe mode and ejecting over and over hoping it will stay on and shoot is frustrating....Is there anything I can do or buy him that will make it easier for him when I return it to him?
