Re: JVC service or questions

I recently went camping with my family and my friend who is about to leave for college. I decided to videotape our trip for fun. I took my RCA camcorder and it worked fine all week. I've been back for about 3 days and I recently tried to plug my camcorder into the t.v. so I can watch the video. An error message pooped up that says the camcorder is in safeguard mode and i should remove and reattach the battery...which didn't help. I'm nervous because if it's broken my mom will kill me haha. The model number is CC6364 and the serial number is B336JY0GR. Please email me back and help me get this problem fixed. I would really appreciate it.
