Re: JVC service or questions

Hi, I have a Jvc Camcorder model number GR D53AA, I keep getting a screen saying lens cap, and will not show any picture. How can I fix this please? I have read the manual that came with it a hundred times and can not find a solution. ( the lens cap is defiantely not on it). I really need it sorted asap as we are getting married in 2 weeks and wanted to video the wedding. Thank you.

      Hi, I have the exact same problem as you. After two years, it suddenly stop producing any pictures when I record. Instead it keep saying "Lens cap" on when it is definitely off. I can still hear sounds but there is no picture. Can somebody help me. Ren
