Re: JVC service or questions

I bought a JVC DV camera model GR-DVX40 several years ago and have a problem until now, that is I can't capture the movie from the DV camera to my computer. I installed the enclosed software, failed. I tried other software e.g. Ulead DVD, failed again, I'm very disappointed that why the movie that I'd taken can not be captured and I can't find any help from JVC. Would you please teach me how to capture the movie from the DV? My computer is P4 1.4G, 256MRam, installed IEEE1394A PCI Host controller Card. Much appreciate to receive from you ASAP.
