JVC service or questions

Assistance with JVC product

    Hi, I have a GR-D20 digital video camera andwhen turned on the screen stays black and says that the lens cap is on when its not please help i have gone through the whole instruction book and there is nothing there to help me.

    i have an jvc gr d250 and it displais thi 2 messages "unit in safeguard mode" and "remove and reatach battery" and "02" below,m y parent leave in tunisia tomorow and i do not know what to do plase help

    HI... MY UNIT IS STUCK IN SAFEGUARD MODE... EO2.. REMOVE AND ATTACH BATTERY.. EXCEPT I DO SO AND NOTHING HAPPENS.. I EVEN THINK THWERE IS A TAPE STUCK IN IT.. HOW DO I RESET THE CAMERA.. WHAT DO I DO...?

    Hey MY JVC GR-D290 GR-D270 is stuck in safe guard mode. But another prob is it will not eject the tape and it makes the wrong noise at the wrong time. please reply A.S.A.P.

    Hi. I have a JVC digital video camera. Model GR-D73AG. I was working fine. I do not believe that it has been dropped. Plays back perfectly and can access all menus also. However it will nor record or take a photo in either mode (manual or auto). When you turn on the camera it says "lens cap" and no image appears in the view finder or on the LCD screen. It has worked perfectly before many times. It is about 2 years old. Any help. Thanks. Robert.

    I have a JVC model#gr-axm151u camcorder. I am having a problem with it saying the lens cap is on when it is not. I saw where someone else was having the same problem but with a different model. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks for your time.

    Hi My JVC channels stop workin all but 7 of them is this a problem that can be fixxed..the model number is av27320 and the serial number is 13772652-s

    Hi Stacy, I copied this and pasted it in because it explains exactly the trouble I am having with my camcorder. The model numbers and trouble I'm having is exactly the same.     Lens cap message appears on the LCD TV screen and is black. The lens cap is not on the lens and it still has the message. Help!!!! GR-D32 is the camcorder model. Thanks Michael
