i have a dr-mv1s dvd video combi and the from of the machine keeps saying loading all the time and does not let you in to it to do anything can you help please thanks

  It may need an upgrade. Send it to JVC Service with explanation. Pack it well for shipment. Call (800) 252-5722 for the nearest Factory Center near you. It may be covered at no charge.
