Home | Previous messageI was testing out an older camcorder (JVC GR-DVM55U) when it suddenly seemed to lose power. Nothing I do will enable it to power up again. The only problem is that I have a recorded tape inside the camcorder that I would like to retrieve (preferably intact). Is there any way to do a manual tape eject without the benefit of power.
