dear jvc i used the memory card to take both video files and snap shot, how ever when i connected the camera with the computer, i found that only the snap shots are saved and the video files are not saved your kind help please model number gr-d270as serial number 11016212

Hi Stacy, we have a JVC Video Cam. But one month before suddenly the screen black out and not able to see any thing on the screen or throgh lens.seems sound is working. Not sure what will be the possible problem. Could you please advise on this. regards, Srihari
