ARGH!!! STUPID THING!!! I have the Sony T30, couldnt be happier with the camrea itself, but all of a sudden I was trying to format, and damn this stupid ERROR comes up!! I have tried everything, and just cant get it working again!! I am very sad, and dont know what to do!! Bloody technology!!! Ive been reading through the comments, is there actually a solution!?

Hi,
Put the memory card back in the camera,
format, will flash
press menu
click right to, tools
click up to, format,
click right then up to, ok
press menu for 3+ seconds
formatting begins
