Your model almost certainly has the CCD image sensor fault which is a manufacturing error and qualifies for a "free" repair. (qualified!) As it appears to be a UK model have a look at JVC's UK website or alternatively phone JVC at 0870-330-5000 for instructions. I have a pre-typed out info page on this giving links, but unfortunately I cannot send it via Pechorins reply box due to the site blocking any wording much more than a text message. |
