Hi Sara- I have a JVC GR-D270U mini dv camcorder, purchased about 6 months ago to record my son's firsts. Unfortunately, I suddenly have a blank screen, meaning that the LCD remains dark (blank) and no picture can be seen through the viewfinder. The power light is on, and I can hear the "motor" when I turn the power on. Any ideas?

I have a JVC HR-DD750U vcr that will not stay turned on. If you push the power button, it will turn on for a couple seconds and turn off again. The AUTO display keeps flashing when off. i've tried holding the power buton as well as the timer button. Any suggestions?

I have a JVC I'Art 27" TV that is less than 2 years old. Yesterday the screen randomly started turning green with yellow lines, then the TV screen shuts off. The Power light remains on, and I am unable to turn the tv off or back on without first unplugging it. Once the TV is turned back on, the screen is green again and I have to change the channel for it to go away then change it back. About 50% of the time it goes off again before I have a chance to find a channel that is not green. Please let me know if you need more nformation. Thanks in advance!

My JVC rear projection unit, model # av-56Wp74 had a convergence problem last month. The red went out. The service tech replaced all the parts. It cost about $425. Now, tonight I was watching the TV and it just cut off. There was a thumping sound coming out of the speakers and then it just stopped. The blue light on the front was blinking. Nothing would work. I unplugged it, plugged it back in same thing. The picture or sound never would come back. Just that steady, blue, pulsating light. Could this current problem be related to the convergence repair? If not, what's wrong with it? Thanks.

Hi, 3 years ago I bought this camcorder GR-DVL800. Till a month ago it worked excellent, but suddenly I got some error messages. Unit in safeguard mode E04. Reattach battery etc. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thank you very much already now for an answer. Chris from Switzerland
