Re: Error Codes Assistance

Hello there,
I've recently encountered an error message on one of our beta players here (Error02-403)
I've managed to remove the tape from the player, however, I am still getting this Error02-403 message on the player's display.
The cassette compartment also is still in the possition as though a cassette were in it still.

I've run some Maintenance tasks from the maintenance menu and managed to get the docking part back into the proper possition, however the flaps in the front are still up preventing me from putting another tape in (perhaps I need to re-insert the Cassette Compartment.

but now I am recieiving Error20-911

Any help would be much appreciated!
