Re: JVC service or questions

hi,i bought a mini camera camcorder while on holiday in gran canaria in august 2006 at souvenir shop puerto rico morgan model is dv jvc mpeg4 on returning home i have no soft ware to transfer my images onto my computer i wonder if you could assist me with one as the store owner told me i would have one in the packadge i thankyou for your help caroline
