Hello Stacy,
I sure do hope you could provide me with some direction or help me with the code I'm recieving off my sony dcr-trv17. I bought the camera used and had it for two years. I am now getting a code "c:31:42". The video camera starts up but in a few seconds the code appears. Each time this happens I eject the tape, slip the tape back in and close the compartment to reset the code only for it to appear again in a few seconds.
Please help.
