I have a JVC GR-DVL150E serial number 06671912 that continues to show error E04 Unit in safeguard mode remove and re-attach battery. This occurs even when the battery isn't in and it is on mains supply. Please can you advise. Thanks, Neil.

    Hi i have just read ur email about ur camcorder going into safe guard i have that cam too and mine has done the same did u ever get to fix the prob as no one can sort mine and would love to know thanks Ann
