Stacy: I have a JVC GR-D201U camcorder that continues to display the E03 Safeguard Mode error messgae. I have ejected and re-inserted the tape multiple times as instructed, even tried diferent tapes, but it won't clear the problem. Is there a simple fix or does it need to go to the doctor? Thanks

I have a JVC Digital Video Camera that I bought of HSN. I have missplaced the cords and only have the plug in A/V cord. This cord was working, meaning when I plugged it in the power/charge light would come on. Now it won't. Also I would like to know how to develop the pictures that I've taken and how to plug it up to a computer maybe to show on a screen. I hope you can help By the way the model number is GR-D250U

I was testing out an older camcorder (JVC GR-DVM55U) when it suddenly seemed to lose power. Nothing I do will enable it to power up again. The only problem is that I have a recorded tape inside the camcorder that I would like to retrieve (preferably intact). Is there any way to do a manual tape eject without the benefit of power. Thanks. Roy Jordan

Hello and thank you for this service. Last Monday there were storms in the area and we lost power for about one minute, but we often lose electrical power and my TV has always worked just fine even though there is no surge protector on it. This time, my JVC TV set AV27D502 would not work following the storms. I have read posts here about defective capacitors and wonder if that might be my problem as well. Can I just go to Radio Shack and ask for the appropriate part for my set / model? Is this something my fairly tech savvy, engineer son-in-law would be able to replace?
