Hi, I have a Panasonic DVD RV32 player and it worked for about a year. I'm now getting a HO7 error display. I've tried disassembling it and oiling the motor, but I still get the HO7 error. Is there anything else I can try?

I've tried cleaning the head via disc cleaner available in the market. nothing has worked. do i need to try something else or replace the motor? do you suggest me buying a new one istead.
