Re[2]: Error Codes Assistance

Hi, I have a Panasonic DVD RV32 player and it worked for about year and a half. I'm now getting a HO7 error display. I've tried cleaning the head via disc cleaner available in the market. nothing has worked. do i need to try something else or replace the motor? do you suggest me buying a new one istead.
