Hi, I have a sharp Mini DV ViewcamZ. Im having trouble with inserting tape into the camera. Getting error message "DEW". It will not close with tape but will close without tape. The manual says moisture, we tried to leave it open to dry out but the problem still exists. Please help. Thank you for any assistance.
