Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I am getting an error code C:31:30 on my Sony DVR-TRV11. The mini dv film gets
  stuck and the film door sometimes does not close or open.
  Very frustrating when I need to video and the thing does not work!
  I have had this repaired but is happening again.

    Hey. I'm having the same problem. Right now I'm trying to get my miniDV film out of my camcorder but I'm not having any luck. I'm upset because it was a Christmas gift from my grandparents. How did you fix it? Did you take it back to the store and have them fix it for you? This is really frustrating... Bri

  I have Technics stero system SC-CA 1080 and it has worked fine many years untill now.Device shuts off after little more volume and error code F61 appears for few seconds.I power system on again and turn little bit more volume, same result again.
  Fan does work simultaneously with bass (not with how hot heat element is, strange solution).I have checked transistors, diodes and weldings, do I have to change expensive audio power module RSM 3403?
  With low wolume it works just fine, only moderate/hard volume gets out these symptons.

    In my case, this solved the problem. I got the new RSN 3403 from a other SC 1080 which i buyed on ebay (it was marked as defect, so i got it for a few bucks). Regards from germany, Jens

    Dean, remove battery and tape, slap unit firmly a few times. Put everything back in and it will work. Just fixed mine like this.

  Hi,
  I got your contact info from pechorin.com. I have a Sony VCR "SLV 750HF". This VCR was in storage for about 2 years and since bring it back home I've been getting an error (L 30 01) when I play any tape. The FastForward and Rewind seem to work fine. The hi-speed rewind probably doesn't work -- it operates as regular rewind. When I hit play the tape loads the right side motor rotates until the slack is removed but then it stops. the left side wheel doesn't turn at all and then tape unloads and stops with the error code L 30 01. I am not sure what the problem. Could you please suggest what should I look for.

  I have a STR-DE825 Receiver and when I turn it on after 3 or 4 seconds it displays "PROTECTOR" and after another 4 seconds it smells like something it's burning. I opened it up and it looks like smoke comes from the board on the bottom and there are 2 or 3 i think they are resistors that are brown.

  I have an error code on my hp photosmart r717. It is an number string 5555AAAA-437B-182-203. It comes up when you powerup the camera. Then comes the error code and the camera hangs.

  Hi there. Our panasonic SA-AK600 5 disk shelf top stereo just stopped while it was playing and gave us a fault code F61. We have power, but it will not do anything but show us the code. Any suggestions?

  Hi, I have a sharp Mini DV ViewcamZ. Im having trouble with inserting tape into the camera. Getting error message "DEW". It will not close with tape but will close without tape. The manual says moisture, we tried to leave it open to dry out but the problem still exists. Please help. Thank you for any assistance.
