Home | Previous messageI got a Sony DCR-DVD92 and I've sent it to sony repair TWICE because it gives me this error: "C:13:02 disc" remove disk. I am using a sony disk and still! They said it was fine, TWICE which takes me to assume I must be doing SOMETHING different than what they are doing.. or even using something different. The only different thing is the BATTErY! which I doubt is causing that error.. what can you advice me?

I had this error. My disk was dirty. After cleaning the disk itself, the camera worked fine and the error code went away. Mine is doing the same thing, Sony DCR-DVD203 error code C 13:02 cant read disk! ANy ideas> Sony wants $129 to send in for repair which i think is ridiculous since i received it as gift from my company |
