Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I just bought an Sony HVR-M15N deck. I turned it on and when inserting a cassette, the caution light flashed and indicated a message "Reinsert cassette" (with a small eject sign) and an error code C:31:25. I live in Tanzania, and it would mean I have to get this machine back to the US if there is indeed a problem. So I would appreciate any help in trying to solve the problem on my own...

    Take out battery and tape, slap unit a few times. put everything back. it will be ok. i just "fixed" mine that way

  I cannot get the memory stick to open in my Sony Cybershot - I get errer code C13.01. What can I do to recover the images?

  I have a Panasonic DVD-RV32/DVD player and have just gotten a "Ho7" error code.
  Unit will not read a disc and defaulys to stop mode.
  Any suggestions? Unit is 4 years old.

  Hello Stacy,
  I got your contact mail id from "Error Codes Assistance".
  I Bought an used car with Clarion DRC634, which does not work. It gives Error 6(can not read CD) also I can not eject the Magazine. Earlier owner have no solution on this problem. I want to fix this problem, please help me. If you need any more details please inform.

  I got a Sony DCR-DVD92 and I've sent it to sony repair TWICE because it gives me this error: "C:13:02 disc" remove disk. I am using a sony disk and still! They said it was fine, TWICE which takes me to assume I must be doing SOMETHING different than what they are doing.. or even using something different. The only different thing is the BATTErY! which I doubt is causing that error.. what can you advice me?

    Mine is doing the same thing, Sony DCR-DVD203 error code C 13:02 cant read disk! ANy ideas> Sony wants $129 to send in for repair which i think is ridiculous since i received it as gift from my company

    I had this error. My disk was dirty. After cleaning the disk itself, the camera worked fine and the error code went away.

  I own a Hitachi DZ-MV350A camcorder using mini DVD-r discs. I have received a can ot initialize disc error message. I followed the instructions, turning the camcorder off and on. I then switched to ac from battery. Now I am receiving a 0290 error code. I read the manual, nad could not find anything mentioning error codes. Just explanations for problems. I am trying to find out what the error code means, and how to fix the disc. It the disc can be fixed.

  On the camera DSC-W1 what means the error-message E61 ?
